Is there a reduction if I can only attend part of the conference?
There will be no day delegates rates available for the conference. There is only the option to pay for full registration.
Do I have to pay by credit card online or can I be invoiced?
We request that all registrations are paid for online once the registration link is open however if this is not possible please contact us at email@example.com
Can I pay in my local currency?
All payments must be made in Euros (€) to ensure that the full amount is received.
Will I be charged for my payment?
If payment is made by bank transfer we ask that you pay all bank charges. Alternatively, we can accept payment by credit card where there are no additional fees unless your bank apply bank charges for international payments.
Can I pay by American Express?
No, we can only accept card payments by VISA Credit/Debit and MasterCard.
Can I get a receipt for my payment to attend the conference?
Receipts will be issued electronically via email and this will be the only form of payment receipt.
How can I receive an invitation letter to the conference for my VISA application?
We are able to issue an invitation letter once we have received your completed registration and payment. Please make this request by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We require a minimum of 14 days’ notice and it will be sent by email. Please note that is it your responsibility to check the Visa Entry Regulations into Spain and further information can be found by clicking here.
Validity of Passports
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid for travel and we recommend that you check with your local Embassy. Please note that some countries require your passport to be valid for up to 3 months from the date of return.
Would I still be able to register if I arrive late at the Conference?
Yes, our registration desk is open every day throughout the event.
I have registered online but not yet received my confirmation.
It can take up to five working days for the Conference Secretariat to process your registration and email you your confirmation and receipt/invoice. If you have not heard back from them after five days, please email email@example.com

The 50th edition of the European Marketing Academy EMAC Conference has ended successfully!
This edition is certainly special not only because it is the 50th anniversary of this prestigious academic conference, but also its first ever online edition!
